How long does it take to receive drug test results in the Marines?

My friend is in the Marines and he is worried that his drug test may come back positive. I know if the tests are negative, they are just disregarded. However, if tests are positive, how long until you receive the results??

Could be as few as hours to as long as 2 weeks [least wise in the US Navy] when they test pee and find it dirty they usually then do more tests on it to find out exactly what was used etc etc. If your friend is lucky and they did not even pick his to test, then he needs to think just WTF he wants, the drugs or the Corp....................they are looking for any reason to toss people out and there is NO 2nd chance when it comes to drugs.
