can ghb come out positive for meth and amphetamines on a at home drug test kit?

my boyfriend is a recovering meth addict and about 2 days ago i noticed he looked weird, i accused him of relapsing but he says he did not. I later on got a drug test at Walgreen's and he finally admitted to drinking a cap full of this liquid nasty tasting stuff (his description) his friend offered him... the drug test came out positive for meth and amphetamines. i searched on yahoo to c if i found anything on this, and i found out it might have been GHB (Gamma-Hydroxybutyric Acid) "the date rape drug" but my question is can GHB cause the drug test to come out positive for meth and amphetamines?

MARAH! You should be saying your Ex....what are you hanging around with this loser for? He has already lied to you...proof in the drug test...Please...don't use the excuse "but I love him"...you aren't old enough to truly know what those words mean. Correct. Just stay away from him....
