Blood Drug Testing

Can I sue under these circumstances in NY State?

I had a series of tests done in December including blood tests and had a clean bill of health. I become sexually active with a person (male) in January (this month). I now have the signs for herpes. I talked to him about STDs but he did not inform me that he had any. Now, he is ignoring my emails, calls, texts, etc. Is it possible within NY to sue someone for failure of communication of an STD or to punish the person in any way? What type of attorney would I look for?

  1. A criminal attorney, If this disease affects you life, as in child bearing, sex with a partner. Your doctor has certified that you have std. That guy needs to be accountable, for what he has done to you.
