Blood Drug Testing

My cat has blood in her stoole, but lab tests on her stoole and blood came back that nothing is wrong.?

What could be causing the blood? Since the vet said there are no parasites and nothing abnormal about any levels in her blood, should I still worry? Help

1. it maybe because she has had a change in diet or the food you are giving her is too rich.
