How accurate are drug store at home drug tests? Any suggestions as to which one to get?

2. They are comparable to the urine drug screens given by healthcare providers and other agencies. However, regarding cleaning your system of THC, be aware that THC can be stored in your fat cells for up to 6 months. (No, you don't have to be fat; that has nothing to do with it.) You can cleanse your system temporarily, but the THC can continue to be excreted from your fat cells for possibly months. So you can potentially cleanse your system, pass a home drug test, and test positive the next day. Not the Answer you wanted, I know, but a realistic one with 20+ years of experience behind it.
