do you know what type of blood tests rqired by law in califronia inorder to get married..?

in general how long/wait it takes to abtain a marriage licese in californa? whay it tkaes more than other states?

1. No blood test and you can get a marriage license from any courthouse on demand. You can even marry someone with the same sex parts. Party on!
2. I have not heard of blood tests for marriage in CA, in more than 20 yrs. http://marriage.about.com/cs/marriagelicenses/p/california.htm No waiting period, except possible long lines at the courthouse.
