Blood Drug Testing Coming Up?

Hi, I Have been researching how long weed stays in the blood stream. On a few sites i saw for people who smoke it rarely it stays in the blood for two days. Now my question is, my boyfriend will be having a blood drug test coming up. By the time he takes it, it will have been about 3 1/2 weeks since he smoked. He smoked 4 times almost 3 weeks ago. First time he took one hit, second time he 3 hits, 3rd 5 hits, and 4th time he 3 hits. It was the first time he had smoked in years and doesnt plan on doing it again. So i was wondering how long it would it be out of his blood system with 3 1/2 weeks since he did it. Seeing as he didnt smoke too much and it all happened within a weeks time. Maybe this will help since i read it depends on your body and all that. He is slim (5'9 and 123 pds) and eats very little, is a vegatarian. So his metabolism is fast and as i said he is slim no fat pretty much just bones lol. I hope someone can help me. I'd appreciate it. => Also i have heard drinking plenty of water and sweating helps. My bf is up everyday at 2am and runs for about an hour. Maybe this will help? The test is a blood test screening for a job. It's confusing searching this as soo many sites say different things.

1. he should be ok..is it a blood test to find out for drug uses or just a regular bloodtest? If its a routine bloodwork testing they wont even look for those things anyway...if worse comes to worst...cancel the bloodtest...and reschedule for another time..but he should be alright now
