What type of blood test is run at a physical exam?

I am do for a physical exam, and I am wondering if they run a blood test or an X-ray. If so what do they check for in the blood test and x-ray?

1. Generally they arent going to do an xray for a physical. Blood tests are standard a cbc - complete blood count cholesterol & blood sugar & proteins are all checked to test for kidney and or other vital organ function.
2. The cbc is done to check for anemia or possible low grade infections. They may also do a chem panel to check liver function, kidney function, and cholesterol levels. Xrays aren't usually a part of a basic physical.
