4 positive pregnancy tests but negative blood test?

I was wondering if anyone ever had this happen? Yesterday I took a dollar tree pregnancy test and it was positive so I decided to buy another dollar tree pregnancy test and a good 2 pack of clear blue digital. Well I decided to take them last night around 7 o clock. So I took the dollar tree and thought if it's positive too then I will use the good one. well it was positive also so I took a clear blue digital and it said pregnant. Well I took another this morning with first morning urine and it too said pregnant. well I am going to the doctors in a little while to get a blood test, but I am so scared it is going to say negative. I been trying to conceive for so long and am soo scared of a negative result! Has anyone ever had this happen? $ or so pregnancy tests positive then negative blood test? Or should I just wait for my positive? Can anyone help me ease my mind?? Thanks!!

1. Those tests are pretty accurate when it comes to positives. False negatives are much more common. I believe only 1% of Positives on the home tests are found to be false. I looked it all up when my wife did the test.
2. It is possible to get a false negative but not possible to get a false posititve. You are for sure pregnant! Congrats!!
3. The at home tests are really reliable. And I know it sounds weird, but the dollar store New Choice test is super sensitive! It picks up pregnancy at 25hcg, which makes it one of the most sensitive. Congrats on your baby! With four positive results I'm sure you'll get a positive blood test too! :)
4. The home tests are very reliable if they give a positive result, it is very unlikely you would get a false positive because it is testing for a certain hormone in your urine. Im sure you will be pregnant - congratulations
5. Just relax....there is no way that the blood test is going to come back negative after 4 positive hpt's.....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! you're gonna be a mommy!! Good Luck Sweetie!!
6. Im going to be the downer here! I took 4 HPT's that were positive, including 3 of the Clearblue digital kind and then I went to doctor and had a blood test. It was positive. A week later I went to the OBgyn and I had started miscarrying. My HCG levels had dropped to 8. When I called my original doctor back she said that my HCG levels had been only 21 when they gave me the positive preggo result. Thats not normal for 5 weeks pregnant. They just assumed I was only 2 or 3 weeks along (i wasnt- aka crappy medical assistant) So... most likely you are pregnant because theres no such thing as a false postive really but be careful and watch the results carefully.
