Pregnancy blood tests?

I was a day late in my 26 day cycle on 19th Feb so I took a pregnancy test (urine) and it came up a faint positive. I went to the doctor and he thought it was positive too and sent me up for a blood pregnancy test (the yes no one). The results were borderline and have to retake on monday. Just wondered if this was normal and it was borderline coz of me been only on day 27 of my cycle? I am just worried and need some words of advice to what this could mean. Thank you x

yes. It is most likely that your levels haven't increased enough yet. I would think that it will be more definite on monday! GOOD LUCK!
sometimes these tests are not accurate due to your hormone levels at the time of the test.
Well........ pregnancy tests can be rong! but the blood one will tell you defnitly yes or no because it can tell how many pregnancy hormones u have in your body :)
Borderline is just that the hormone level isn't high enough to show a definate positive. Quite common so early, it is usually recommended to wait until you are at least 10 days late before taking a blood test.
I too had this it was because there wasn't enough of the hormone in my blood, but when the test was completed a second time i got a positive and my daughter is now 15 months old and it's been the best 15 months of my life, motherhood is the best job i've ever had!!
