Is 76 level anything to worry about on a GGT blood chemistry test?

1. High levels of GGT on its own can sometimes simply be a reflection of heavy (alcohol) drinking. An anti-seizure medication such as phenytoin can also cause high GGT. If there is associated high ALT or AST, then liver disease is more likely.
