Does stress or stress can give wrong a laboratory test of blood chemistry?

1. No -- stress cannot introduce chemical elements that would lead to a false positive for drugs, infectious disease, blood type or anything else normally tested for in a blood test.
2. Stress can actually cause a rise in your blood glucose.
