Blood Drug Testing

My lymphocyte count has dropped to 0.8 . Is that good or bad?

I have an autoimmune condition. My liver function tests and blood chemistry are completely normal

  1. First... is that the absolute count (#0.8), or the percent (% 0.8)? Second: is there a left shift in Neutrophils? Are there Bands being seen; usually in that case that indicates infection. Are the cells younger? (metamyelocytic? myelocytic?) Third: with lymph numbers that low, a peripheral smear should have been done. If the lymphs look ok, or are they immature/reactive? Blasty looking? Would suggest getting with an Immunologist/Hematology type doctor to do that assessment to see why the numbers look sort of unusual. Would suggest getting with an Hematologist type doctor to make those determinations
