why do you think they hospital would cancel ???? ?

Hi there i suffer rhabdomyolyosis. i had a muscle biopy which was normal. However i still get pains in my legs and body. So i wen to see my consulatant neurologist and he arranged for me to have an ischaemic forearm excercize test and cpp2 and mc ardles blood tests. i had not heard from the hospital for 5 week so i rung yesterday and they told me that clinical chemistry have refused to carry out the ischaemic forearm excercize test. Why could they refuse ?? please help thanks
