What cancers can blood tests rule out?

Tests show complete normalcy. A urinalysis also showed normal kidney function. Can this rule out liver/pancreas/kidney cancer? Or at least make it more unlikely in a 19 year old?

1. There is actually a blood test to test for cancers in the human body. Its called a CA-125 test. But this tests female cancers. If you're looking for more information on testing that will cover other areas, call your Dr. and ask him or make an appointment to discuss your concern. The tests you had will not show cancer, sorry.
