Blood Drug Testing

How can Doctors say that a person has stomach cancer just by a blood test?

a friend of mine has been told by his doctor that he has sores in his stomach which is probably stomach cancer, however, no xrays, scans, colonoscopy, or gastroscopy were done....how can they say this with only the results of a blood test????????????

2. Your body puts off certain enzymes that can be detected in blood tests.
3. youre blood cerculates youre whole body,imagine youre body as a computer it has a main core-the brain and wires-veins the wires/veins go around the whole system picking up information wherever they go leadeing to one place so if you think about it if you took this information ourt of the vein/wire then there ya go?? hope this makes sense although i dont think it does? lol
4. my mother had stomach cancer and they couldnt tell even with blood test that she had stomach cancer until they did a biopsy. Only then could they say for sure that she had cancer.
5. No doctor in their right mind would ever diagnose a patient with stomach cancer on a blood test alone. I don’t think your friend is being honest with you.
