What blood tests do you have at 12 weeks of pregnancy?

I had some blood tests done but I can't remember which ones. Im not talking about the tests done at my first appointment, and not the AFP at 16 weeks. Thanks! yes! They drew blood at my ultrasound

1. They did the genetic screening for us at 8 weeks or 12 weeks...it's blurring together for me now. What they tested you for depends on your and your partner's ethnic background. They probably also did a full STD screen (standard procedure) and checked your RH status (positive or negative). At 12 weeks you may be offered the nuchal fold test which is a combo ultrasound/blood test (they prick your hand and measure the back of the baby's neck via u/s) to check for downs syndrome.
2. I'm not sure what AFP stands for. However, at 13 weeks they wanted me to go get some bloodwork done and then decided to wait until 17 weeks for it. It was some sort of protein test. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Perhaps calling the doctor's office and asking of the results might be a good idea.
