Blood Drug Testing

Should I get a blood test? Can I be getting false negatives from at home tests?

My husband and I are trying to conceive. I stopped bc the first week in March. I had a regular cycle May 11th and haven't had anything since. I have taken a couple at home test. The last one I took was Sat and it was negative. I'm wondering if I should go get a blood test or just not worry about it since I just stopped taking bc, I may not be regular yet.

3. I am in exactly the same boat. I stopped taking pill April, had a period April and 16th May and am now 5 days late but all the home pregnancy tests show negative. Before and during taking the pill i was always regular and have had cramps for 3-4 weeks now so started to get a bit fed up. I have booked in to see the Doctor tomorrow morning and hopefully have a blood test. I just don't know what to think really, I have some pregnancy symptoms but just don't know if I am convincing myself I am pregnant. It is hard not to worry about it so go to the Doctor and see what they say, even if it is to say your body needs to adjust itleast you will know and the blood test will prove one way or the other whether you are pregnant.
