  1. um how would u cheat? i dont think thats possible
  2. Why would you want to cheat? If something is wrong, you need to get it fixed.
  3. And the point of doing this is ...what? It's your health. The doctor doesn't care what your score is. You should care. try changing your diet and maybe, if it's the problem, not drinking. Really. The Doctor doesn't decide if you are healthy or not, if you live or die. That one is up to you.
  4. Why would you want to cheat? Just do what it takes to be within normal limits and be healthier.
  5. Why would you want to cheat? You want a healthy liver. Do what you need to do to stay healthy!
  6. I am not aware of a way that you cheat on your AST or ALT. The only way that you could possibly lower it is if you were on drugs that increased those numbers and then you stop taking them. Of course, usually AST and ALT increases are side effects of drugs anyway, so it's not such a great reason. If your AST and/or ALT is elevated, that means something is wrong with your liver. Granted, most doctors would not be terribly alarmed unless your AST and ALT either demonstrates an increasing trend or if it's about 3 times the norm. If it's steady even at say the 50's or 60's, then you're probably okay. Unless you are afraid of finding out if you have hepatitis, cirrhosis or some other problem.
