My Periods Have Stopped for 10 weeks Positive Home Pregnancy Test Then All Negative Blood Tests What Can It Be

Hi again i still havent had a period for 10 weeks today & the doctors have ruled out Pregnancy, Ectopic Pregnancy, & Chemical Pregnancy i have done loads of tests the last home pregnancy test was positive then a blood test at hospital negative several weeks ago i had 2 faint positives followed by negatives including blood tests i feel pregnant though i have all the symtoms i've never been on the pill in my life & me n my partner have been having unprotected sex for over 2 years now we've both been checked out to see if we can have children & our tests were fine but im so worried what it could be? im not under any stress or over/underweight & me n my partner agree that having a baby will happen when it happens & we dont get stressed or worry about it so i just cant understand whats wrong with me im having an ultrasound scan in the morning so at least i will find out whats going on but i was wondering if anyones had this before & if so what was it? as i've had incorrect blood tests b4.

1. my mum had 3 - blood tests then a + one 5 months after all the - she kept insisting she was pg..have they done an Ultra sound? she ended up misscarrying about a week later but got preg with me in two months maybe your hormones aren't high enough to show properly.. I had the oppisite I had a + at 10 days post Con and went home took a home one just for fun and it was - so it could just be hormones.. also 1 can actully convince themself if wanted badly enough to think the body into being pregnant. the period will stop the weight will gain and there is no baby
