Blood Drug Testing

How long to get blood test results?

I got a blood test done on friday. How soon should I expect a call from my doctor with the results?

1. i would think if they handle it there then i would think today..good luck
2. It should be the same day unless it was HIV test like a blood screening. when they search for everything. If its just to check LH or progestrone or stuff like that. it should be the same day no later than the next day.
