How accurate is a blood pregnancy test approximately 11 days after a missed period?

The last date of intercourse would be 2 days after missed period, and 9 days before test. Forgot to mention it did come up negative.

If she is getting negative pregnancy tests but still has not had a period, it wouldn't hurt to go to the doctor to figure out what is going on. The doc can do an ultrasound which will give you an absolute answer.
8. usually a blood test can tell one day after your missed period.. so 11 days after your missed period would definitely be an accurate test.
