is a blood pregnancy accurate 10 days after conception?

hi , i just had a qualitative blood pregnancy test and it turned out to be negative. can this be accurate only 10 days after conception or do i still have a chance of being pregnant?

1. There is always a chance. Wait 2 weeks and try again. But don't get your hopes up.
2. Do you remember your leval or did they tell you? A qualitive requires 5 or greater to be pregnant if you were a 3 or 4 you still have a chance if not..keep trying. Good Luck
