Help!!! how accurate are pregnancy blood test at the doctors!?

i have an obgyn appt. on tuesday and plan to go in for a blood test, ive been feeling weird "muscle spasms and popping" in my stomach mainly in my lower abdomen where a baby would kick. i had unprotected withdrawl method sex between jun29 and july 15 so id be about 23-24 or 25 weeks pregnant, i can completly suck in my stomach though, ive had 3 negative hpt, and 1 negative urine test and the doc. in early nov.( wouldve been 18 weeks? along?) i dont know what this "popping/kickin" is. how safe are blood test, and how accurate are they? can i trust it? and if not...will a pelvic exam give me a sure positive answer as well?? by the way i hav had 6 periods since then, i was on yaz/generic yaz for 5 mnths. so my periods have been light.. spotting/moderate. im scared of this popping/kicking in my stomach. so will a blood test be a 102% full proof answer? also, has anyone ever heard of a false-negative blood test after 2 weeks of conception? i am so stressed. it does feel like a baby kicking, and its been happening for about 3 weeks now...is itt because im so nervous??? idk. i have no pregnancy symptoms...am i pregnant? they wont do an ultrasound on tues. just blood and pelvic exam. can i trust the blood test? angel: i havent missed any periods. ive gotten them. i just felt like a weird..scratching/rumbling on the right side of my belly button. and its not gas. since i just had a BM.sorry tmi

1. A Blood test is a definite answer. If the blood test comes back saying you are pregnant, then you are pregnant. That popping feeling could be gas though. I have that feeling sometimes and I am not pregnant.
2. Blood Test are extremely accurate, pelvic exams can be also. talk to your doctor about whats goin on so she can run more test, she may give u an ultrasound, but for the time being calm down.....you sound very stressed
3. If the HPTs are giving you negative results, the blood test might do the same, as they test for the same thing. The HPT gives a yes/no answer, while the blood test gives a number. Your number is likely to be low since your HPT was negative. The doctor can tell from a physical exam with an ultrasound. ADD: The pelvic exam will give you some information. This is how they diagnosed pregnancy WAY back. Your cervix changes visibly, and the doctor can check that. He can also feel for your uterus, which would be much larger now with a 20+ week ole baby in it. The blood test results may not come for a few days. And, take charge, if you want an U/S, ask for one!

5. blood tests are usually very accurate, but if u were that far along an ultrasound would tell you. i'd request one if i were you. if ur not pregnant, it could just be muscle spasms from the birth control. abdomen muscle spasms can feel a lot like a baby kicking
6. blood test are extremly accurate.... givin that they dont screw up the results... which just recently happened 2 a friend of mine. but usually u dont feel kicking till well into 2nd trimester. (meaning u would of had to pretty much been Prggo this enitre time) The popping is prolly gas 7 missed Periods from the ybirth control ask 4 a lower dose. but there is always the possiblity so i would get the test.
