can a blood pregnancy test be accurate 10 days after ovulation?

my husband and i started trying this month and i couldn't wait longer than 10 days to test. i took a qualitative BLOOD pregnancy test and it came back negative. can i still be pregnant? by the way i have no other profound pregnancy symptoms,

1. i would say that u are testing to early because i was not trying to get pregnant but i got signs of being pregnant just 10 days after and i took a test and it did the same thing and then i took one 2 weeks later and i am pregnant so i would say that u are testing to early maybe wait about a week or so
