1. The most accurate and it does not take long depending where you are and the services available. A urine test is much simpler.
2. 100% accurate and depending on how long the lab takes to deliver the news is how long you wait. The drug store tests are also about 99% accurate and as long as you take the test 1st thing in the morning then if you really are pregnant the tests come up within seconds if you are pregnant. I was only about 3 days late when I took on of those tests and it lite up positive within 20 seconds.
3. The blood pregnancy test is more accurate than a urine test and can tell more precisely how far along you are depending on what kind of test they run. Depending on day and time you have it draw you could expect 1-2 days before results will be back in. However don't wait for the doctors office to contact you because sometimes they are slow in getting results to the patients.
